Chairman & Co-Founder
Marcel is the co-founder of Parakeeto and is widely recognized as a leading expert in agency profitability. He hosts the Agency Profit Podcast, has spoken at international conferences, and has worked with thousands of agencies through talks, workshops, and publications. He has spent the better part of a decade working on the same problem: helping agency owners understand and improve how their firms actually make money.
Carson Pierce
Managing Director
Carson brings over 25 years of agency-side experience, including time at DDB, nForm, and Yellow Pencil. He's been a developer, a project manager, and a firm owner. Since joining Parakeeto in 2022, he has worked directly with hundreds of firms on profitability improvement and knows the benchmarking landscape as well as anyone in the industry.

Managing Director
Kristen has spent over 20 years inside agencies at every level — account services, operations, finance leadership. She brings the perspective of someone who has lived the problem from the inside, not observed it from outside. Why We Exist
Every one of our founders and advisors has run an agency or worked decades in them. We've all seen how broken the available tools, benchmarks, and advice are for this kind of business.
Accountants and CFOs stay in the financials. They won't go deep enough into operations to drive real change. Operations consultants often lack the financial visibility to connect the dots. There's no standard for metrics. The benchmarks are generic. And the software vendors have promised a solution to all of it, which agencies have learned the hard way isn't true.
We started Parakeeto to fill that gap. Eight years later, over 300 firms served, and the problem is still exactly as real as it was the day we started. That's not discouraging. It's the reason the work matters, and the reason stewardship of our clients' financial picture is the standard we hold ourselves to.
